Delays & Carrier Responsibility
- Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier
- Ballistiq is not responsible for delays caused by:

   ○ Customs clearance (for international orders)
   ○ Weather conditions
   ○ Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping Issues
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
