RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns
We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.

- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We do NOT accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Delayed delivery once the order is in transit
- Opened or used items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags

Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

Important Notes:
Ballistiq is a novelty bottle opener that launches bottle caps when used, designed as a fun and entertaining accessory for adults. The product is intended for recreational and gifting purposes only. Minor cosmetic variations, color differences, finish variations, or packaging differences do not qualify as defects. Customers acknowledge they are purchasing a novelty item and understand the launching mechanism and recreational nature of the product prior to ordering. Refunds will not be issued for customers who claim they were unaware of the product's launching function, as this is clearly displayed in all product images and descriptions. Customers are solely responsible for safe and responsible use of the product.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ballistiq is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us first — we're here to help resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Opening a chargeback or dispute before contacting us may delay resolution.
